We only request the minimum scopes necessary for the Service to function as described.

We do not request or access sensitive/restricted scopes unless explicitly needed and clearly explained in the consent screen (e.g. full Gmail access, YouTube uploads).

• Authenticate you via Google Sign-In

Shortwave Online's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your information.
• Data is stored in US-East AWS servers with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.

We may share information only in these limited cases:

• With service providers (hosting, analytics, email) under strict confidentiality
• To comply with legal requirements, court orders, or protect rights/safety
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required)

We retain your data (including Google-derived data) only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. After that period, we delete or anonymize it.
